It is with heartfelt thanks, appreciation, and sadness that Hodag Sno-Trails, Inc. acknowledges the passing of Lawrence William Dorich (10/8/1934 - 9/30/2024).  Larry and his wife were integral members and contributors to Hodag Sno-Trails.  His love of grooming, trail maintenance, and trail expansion were obvious to all.  He was named "Groomer of the Year" in 2009 and in 2019 we were proud to name a section of the trail system (TIN 246 to 254) in his honor; recognizing his tireless, years long efforts to connect Trail 17 to Trail 12.  We extend our condolences to the entire Rhinelander community and to his family.  His family has kindly requested that anyone wishing to honor Larry please do so with a donation to Hodag Sno-Trails (see "Donate" at the bottom of page).  Should you wish to honor Larry with a donation to Hodag Sno-Trails, please mark your donation "Larry Dorich."
