Hodag Sno-Trails is a 501(c)(3), charitable, not-for-profit, volunteer organization, and remains Rhinelander's original snowmobile organization. Hodag Sno Trails has built and maintains over 140 miles of scenic, adventurous trails for public use and enjoyment. The Hodag's own and operate 3 pieces of grooming equipment: 2 PistenBullys and 1 Fendt tractor. Our Trail Boss Drags put the finishing touch on the beautiful trails.
The trails link Rhinelander, the "hub" of snowmobiling, with the following areas: Tomahawk, Lake Tomahawk, Minocqua, St. Germain, Eagle River, Three Lakes, Sugar Camp, Monico, Crandon, Pelican Lake, and Antigo.

TRAILS FOR THE 2025-2026 SEASON ARE CLOSED. PLEASE RESPECT OUR LANDOWNERS AND REMAIN OFF ALL TRAILS AT THIS TIME. THANK YOU. All current Hodag Sno-Trails memberships for the 2025-2026 season are valid until June 30th, 2026 and will expire July 1st, 2026. Membership renewals will begin July 1st, 2026 for the upcoming 2026-2027 season. Please hold off on renewing your membership or joining Hodag Sno-Trails until that time. Questions about memberships? Update 3/23/2026: All Oneida County snowmobile trails will close for the season on Tuesday March 24th, 2026 at 8am. Please respect landowners property and do not utilize the trails after that point. Thank you for a fun and successful 2025-2026 season.
Update 3/30/2026: Please visit Culvers in Rhinelander on April 29th, 2026 from 4-7pm and mention Hodag Sno-Trails. Culvers (Rhinelander location only) will donate 10% of all sales on 4/29/26 that occur between 4-7pm back to the club.
Update 3/31/2026: Our annual Landowner's Appreciation Dinner will be at Cabaret Cove in Rhinelander on May 16th, 2026 at 5pm. Landowner's will receive an invite in the mail, please RSVP to Jennifer our Landowner Administrator at hodagsnotrails@gmail.com Any members who want to attend please RSVP to Tracey our Secretary at tpay@charter.net If you are planning on attending this event, all RSVPs are needed by May 2nd, 2026.
